Dell was recently having a sale on lenses, so I ordred one and had them send it 2-day express. They sent it via DHL. I had it sent to Nate's office. People were there all day, and a DHL guy even came, but no lens. The website said it was "on the truck." Nate ended up going to the dispatch to pick it up that night. He waited half an hour, but they did find the box. He was convinced that they'd never put it on the truck that day. Anyway, sorry to hear about your troubles, Joe.
