I have to agree. When I got my new computer, running Windows XP x64, Colorvision didn't yet have 64 bit drivers for the Spyder2 Pro. I emailed their support people & the next day was given a FTP link to their preliminary pre-release 64 bit software.
It was still a little buggy, & they were very helpful & responsive when I reported glitches, but it was good enough to get my monitor calibrated.
