Why? DA series lenses are Pentax' future. Unless you're buying new lenses to work with old cameras, which are all discontinued, there is no reason whatsoever to not buy the ones designed to work best with the new Pentax cameras. "Limited image circle" is an unwarranted deprecation. If you want the best lenses for your Pentax DSLR, they are the right lenses to buy.
