I happened to have the DA16-45 in my travel bag. Also the DA50-200, the FA43 Ltd, and the FA*24. So I went outside and did a few comparison shots.
http://pictures.aol.com/galleries/stanh28 All of the shots shown are a straight Photoshop Elements conversion from RAW to medium jpeg, no sharpening, levels adjust, nothing. Resized to screen size (1192 by whatever) @ 72 dpi. I don't know if the exif info survived the conversion and posting. The captions indicate frame # and lens used. xxxx-z24, for example, indicates frame # 3xxxx, zoom lens at 24mm (approx) So, there are -z16, -z24, -z45, -z50, -z200, -24, and -43 shots. Mostly done with the 16-45 as that was the primary concern of the earlier thread. Some downriver, away from the light, some upriver, into the light. Higher rez versions available to anyone with a large mailbox... Stan -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net
