You have a very selective memory.  I well recall you going on at length  
about your unwillingness to buy a D because you weren't sure the company  
would be around in a year or two.

Furthermore, if you want to be pedantic, I said "people like Tom C".  That  
is not quite the same as saying "Tom C". Learn to read what's written on  
the line.......... :-)
