The culture of people who don't sign their e-mails ;-). Indeed in the age of electronic auto everything, one could create a signature and be done with it. But then of course there're people who even don't bother with this. I don't really care - I mean I would tolerate it either way, but I am curious as to why people may decide not to sign...
