Perhaps I better be more specific and say that it's the width bothering me. The grippy thing on the right side of the camera (as you hold it up to your eye) is pretty wide compared with the D. Both cameras appear to be the same height. So... if your fingers are long, you'll be happier with the k10D but if your whole hand is wide/large, then maybe not so much.
