Hi Keith ...

I've been using this post office every now and then for quite a few years. 
I've never seen Karen "harried" or stressed.  The number of people using
the facility, and the type of transactions they do, are such that the
atmosphere is always relaxed and friendly.  There's a nice sized couch in
front of the window for the customers to sit while waiting for service. 
I'll have to grab a shot of that with a wider lens.
