You should be able to handhold the 6x7 at slower shutter speeds than 35mm. 1/60th with the 105 is very doable. Fill flash is enough of a bother that I use reflectors (not so good if windy). The camera is definitely not geared to fast moving action, so the slowish shutter isn't normally a big deal, though I have a few pictures that are kind funky because of it.
