I love Lens Pens, and own a few of them (the fact that I was able to get 
them for cheap at my last job helped in this regard).  I use them all the 
time, for all my lenses and filters, and sold a metric shit-ton (that's 
bigger than an imperial shit-ton, mind you) of them to my customers simply 
by demonstrating how well they work.

If you can't get your filters clean with a lens pen, buy new filters.  ;-)
