As I said to Juame off list, I wish I had shown him the shot first - or found 
my slide.  And I mentioned
how I scanned the image as kind of an excuse for it not being sharp.  that 
being said, Juame
fixed it for me by sharpening a bit without lightening the image.  Juame - 
could you
send a link to that one I liked to the list?

I promise I'll never send anything to PUG again that is that sloppy a scan. mea 
culpa mea culpa.
