That would depend on if the result was on display at the JHPWRG..... But seriously, I do have different expectations from different photographers. Using Bruce Dayton as an example, I have very high expectations from him, and I understand the type of photography he is doing. When I offer a critique to him, I will tend to be pickier than I would be to photographers who habitually show lesser talent. The average picture taker may not be concerned that his "something or other" is 2 percentage points off straight up, but this concern is what seperates the average/above average picture taker from the excellent picture taker.
