They make it for Pentax, it works just fine with P-TTL and all older 
flashes, and it's the perfect length for use on my FlashFrame (very similar 
to most Stroboframes).  Best of all, you don't need any extra hot shoe 
adapters.  It shouldn't cost any more than US$50, and I'm sure you can find 
it online somewhere, or something like it from another brand.
