I've used the manual focus 35mm f/3.5 with my 645 (I borrowed it from Tom Van Veen at GFM one year) AND FOUND IT TO BE EXCELLENT. The newer AF version is supposedly one of the best med format lenses ever made, with resolution very close to the best 35mm format lenses.
