I always got a kick out of the people who insisted the lab was at fault 
for blurry pictures, and willingly showed me their camera with the 
pristine front element to prove it was my fault.
Inspecting the rear element tened to show some pretty ugly finger 
prints.
I could never figure out how people could be that clumsy with an auto 
load camera.
