No, the salesguy/manager claims that the info comes from Pentax USA, via a 3rd party. I have little doubt the salesguy/manager said that. I have severe doubts the salesguy/manager got that from Pentax USA. This information did NOT come from Pentax USA, it came 4th hand and is claimed to originate from Pentax USA, which is quite different.
