Hi, I don't take many low-light photos outdoors, so when things aren't quite right I'm not always sure of the explanation.
In this picture there is a string of phantom lights which I assume are a reflection of the real lightbulbs shown: http://www.web-options.com/30470020.jpg Is this likely to be caused by a reflection from the filter in front of the lens?
