Godfrey, That is essentially my point about why I want to see one in the mythical K1D, but don't really care about one in the K10D. Without the GB hack, I'd just ahppily use the histogram to meter like I did with my D50 (My D50->K100D move happened for other reasons primarily, like the finder and SR, the GB hack was a nice bonus).
