I took this image about a year ago - it lacked impact and I promptly filed it
and forgot about it. I came across it again when I was looking for another
image taken at the same location and wondered if I could improve it as I quite
liked the composition.

Basically I selected the forground and increased the satuation in the yellow
component. There were a few other subtle changes - eg. slight darkening of the
blue patches in the sky and reducing the intensity of the burnt out patch on
the horizon.

Anyway, here is the result. The manipulated image at the top; the original at
the bottom.

Comments?

Have I gone too far?

Is it worth saving, anyway?

Cheers
