Very cool shot. I don't know what to tell you about the paper. You might 
colorize it. 

Me, yes, I would clone it out. It would be a lot of work, but it could be 
done. Then I might crop it a little after cloning. 

Or leave as is. Except it looks like nothing so much as some Kleenex. I'll 
read the thread and see what others say. Actually, hmmm, if you had a decent 
shot of grass you could import the grass to cover it, and clone from there to 
have him poking through. That would involve layers and possibly masking and I 
know you don't really PS.
