My favorite 16mm film is Kodak Double-X Pan negative film, available in single and dual perforation types for about $15 a roll. I use it for Minolta 16 still cameras, which use a 22" length of film for a 20 shot load ... that's 27 rolls of film for a 50' roll. Processes nicely with XTOL at EI 200 or 400.
Fuji also sells an HR microfilm in 16mm that can be exposed at EI 80 or so, given suitable processing. I haven't experimented with it much, however. Another solution is to construct a slitter and use 35mm as a starting point for non-perf 16mm. Godfrey On Oct 18, 2006, at 11:49 AM, Doug Miles wrote: > Thanks! Useful info.
