I am not ducking anything, I "IGNORE" at LOT of the posts
Because people are already complaining I post too much on this.

I got into Pentax K ( previously only had scremounts )
Around 1990. I did not need or want AF because I don't like
The way they feel for MF and I prefer MF for what I do.
( I don't do sports or any fast moving stuff ).

Hence, the only thing available that meet my criterion
Was used. So no I did not buy any K/M lenses new because
That was before my time, but it doesn't mean that's not
What I like and wanted. Get it?

Answer the question ... the question was "How many K or M series lenses
have you bought brand new in the box from a retailer?" I also asked you
two similar questions, neither of which you answered So, for the last
time, in even simpler terms, over the years, how many new K and M lenses
have you purchased from a retailer? Don't duck the issue.

BTW, it seems that the resale value of the older lenses is holding up
quite
well. The fact that they can be used on the DSLR bodies seems to have
strengthened their value.
