There's a very enjoyable visual gag in one of the Sherlock Holmes comedies (with Marty Feldman, I think) in which the camera does a scene-setting pan around Holmes's room in Baker Street and we see the great detective in his armchair, reading a book entitled "Guilt Without Sex"...
