Congratulations Cotty! I found out today that my employer has agreed to increase the redundancy payouts for staff whose jobs have headed off to India. In my case, after nearly 22 years there, the increase was big enough that I will take them up on the offer. I expect to finish up some time in January and will have a month or two off while working out what to do for the next 20 years.
