This is precisely my problem, I shoot a lot of concerts under often
abominable lighting, I need high ISO and low noise. SR might help
occasionally but shake is rarely an issue when I shoot with my *ist D.
If true this talk of images not being released due to tweaks to the
firmware seems to be cutting things very close if they intend to
actually make the cameras available en masse about the date that we
keep hearing.
