I just checked the Optio 750z.  At 640x480 and 30FPS, a 1GB card
provides 15 minutes and 24 seconds of video.  It's in Quicktime (MOV)
format.  I don't think I'd recommend this camera if you're going to be
taking a lot of video.  In addition to the short record time, you have
to hold down the shutter release while you are making your movie.
It's very awkward.
