So what you're saying is that the *ist D does NOT have user  
customizable setups of the same order as the A2. On the A2, the 5  
custom setups are *any* combination of user settable Record mode  
options .. not sets of custom functions independent of ISO, exposure  
mode, etc.

Well, I certainly think that it would be a good idea if such a  
feature were included, even if I didn't use it much.
