Well, I thought that the (main) juxtaposition was between the
shape of the two surfaces
where the objects lay (the square table and the round shaped
basin)...
I'm glad that the picture is able to retain a bit of ambiguity,
though...
I guess I love (or used to love) surrealism, btw.
