I didn't say everyone found all of them annoying, this is just my sense from what I've seen on the list of issues users have. There've been vociferous discussions for improvements in each of these areas, (the ISO issue falls into the etc. category bow, I happen to agree with you on that, it would be nice to have. So would an aperture simulator, but I don't expect to see any new mechanical knobs or buttons that weren't on the *ist-D.
