Russell, pic11.html is way too dark.
http://www.avocadohead.com/piclinks/pic12.html looks a lot better, but still a bit dark. I like the idea and the composition, the repeating horizontal lines of the barbed wire fence, rail line, and telephone wires, and the overall starkness of the place. It captures a mood very well.
