Presuming RAW capture, unless the anti-aliasing filter has been changed between the K100 and the D/DS/DL/etc bodies substantially, you will see no difference at all. For JPEGs rendered in-camera, there will be greater differences between the bodies. The K10D body's image output will be different because it will have an entirely different sensor.
