I'd go back to the original file and do less sharpening, and maybe adjust the curves to see if I couldn't pull some texture out of the bright areas. Was this a film scan or a digital original? The background has just enough detail to be annoying, I'd be taking a blur tool to it. Otherwise, I like it fine.
