Exception for passports, prescription medication with your name on them, and some stuff for the baby traveling with you. All that you are allowed need to be carried in a transparent plastic bag. The rest need to be checked. How long this will stay in place in not yet known.
The next step the Netherlands wants to push for in Europe is to install in European airports X-ray machines for handlugage with the same capabilities as is already in use for checked luggage, as these can detect liqued explosives as well.
