NTL has its downsides but in 2.5 years with it I have had precisely no 
spam, phishing, spoofed or other malicious form of email whatsoever. 
I'm very impressed by that, especially as I seem to get every mail from 
the list.

My work account, which was the one I used before addresses were obscured 
on the archive, gets about five or six a day.
