In this photo, the building is very dark, the city is a bit washed out, which could be corrected in photoshop. The photo is almost, but not exactly symmetrical in several ways, which could be corrected by cropping, or at shooting time. I remember a photo of the setting sun behind a fence where the reflections in the fence form a perfect parabola, but the sun is just off, and of a lady looking out over the see, shot from above, instead of from the back... Upon reflection I always come to the conclusion that my 'corrections' would, most probably, make the photo less interesting, probably even outright boring. So: in this photo, I really like the balance of the compostion. I think the tones are fine. In general, I like the way you manage to make me think about a photo, and about why the photo is what it is, by introducing these 'nags' in it.
