I know you have worked on stuff like this before. This is pretty good. It gives a sense of who she might be. It causes me to look at things that could be associated with her and her thoughts.
With it all, I find that I am wanting to have something more in this portrait. Perhaps some sense of her being there - a shadow that I could identify as her or something. Perhaps a hand or shoulder or something. I think that would strengthen this even more.
