It's not the same as the ones I have, but looks very similar. Yes, if you use one of these, you can use only one type of media card. It's not quite as convenient as having CF cards for CF cameras as you typically have to put the SD card into the adapter and then insert that whole assembly into the camera, which slows down operations in the field.
