I'm sorry if some of you people don't understand or don't want to understand why people use film. I still think there are many good reasons to use film. So do the people whi buy film, obvioulsy. I have mentioned three good reasons. I'm sure there are many more. If you ask museum people I'm sure thery are worried. Who can read a CD or a DVD in 25-50 years time? I'm sure photographic prints are much better for long time conservation than some RAW or JPG file on a CD, DVD or harddrive. Many digital image files never make it to a durable photographic print. I often wonder if my grandchildren will ever see my digital photographs (showing thier mother, grand parents etc.) at the time the get children of their own .. that is in 20-30 years time ...
