The look of B&W film is the main thing. I've seen some superb digital 
B&W, but it has a distinctly different look from fast B&W film (I find 
that Digital B&W looks like Tmax 100 without the TMax muddy tones, very 
crisp and clean).

Also I find that shooting with a manual SLR to be distinctly pleasurable 
in a way that no DSLR can match. It's just a different experience.

And yes, I do shoot digital as well. I prefer it for most colour work.
