Pretty good photo, not sure if it's just a "web" problem, but it's hard to read the banner... I believe it's something like my kid is sick and I cannot afford to buy medicine, right? (I cannot really read italian, sorry... but I can "guess" a bit... as it's kinda close to portuguese :) Yeah, it's sad to see that people get so used to see "poverty" that no one cares anymore... anyways, I think the pic could be even stronger if it'd be a lower angle and closer... maybe with a telephoto so that the "background" is kind of flattened...
