Sounds like the problem I had with my 80-320.  The PZ-1p and *ist-D
didn't see it as an "A" lens.  I'd hoped it would be a simple problem
with the contacts on the "A" setting, but no such luck - I ended up
having to replace the chip in the lens.  If that's the case, expect to
pay perhaps $100 for a repair (I paid $70, but I had a cheap local shop).
That probably means it's cheaper to pass on this deal.
