I am on a couple of lists to be notified of such things, but never got any info about Nachtwey. Poking around the web it seems that the announcement and the way the event was handled was badly botched. Even so, such events are often publicized on the radio and in the various local fish wraps. I found out about both Salgado events on public radio, to which my car radio is tuned all the time. Nothing about Nachtwey ... oh well. It seems that a lot of people were really pissed about the poor communication.
