How was it drowned? Fresh water... salt? Sometimes a gentle oven baking at the lowest temperature... low enough and short enough not to damage any delicate parts can take out the internal moisture. Is it able to be disassembled at all to enhance evaporation?
It's irrepairable lilely because the parts and labor exceed the cost of a comparable new camera, not that it's impossible to repair.
