Anyone remember the Flintstones episode where they switched Fred's and
Dino's X-rays, and they thought Fred had a dino-peptic bug (but he
didn't, Dino did).  They had to keep Fred awake, so they propped his
eyelids open with toothpicks.

I guess one could PS out the toothpics...
