The white thing is part of the nest. It's a wooden stick. I'm afraid there is no alternative angle without the stick, where the eggs are visible. Without the eggs, there's no indication what the bird are doing. So, if or when, I get a better framed shot; I guess I have to do some photoshoping to make it less distracting.
Next year I'll instruct them to nest at a more photogenic spot ;-) As I tried to indicate in the header, this is more a sketch than an actual PESO. But thanks for taking the time to comment.
