Not so much the bench, but the bench AND the horizon line. Also what some have said about separating the guy's head from the background would have helped. I feel, even if keeping the bench dead center, this might have been better taken either closer to the ground, or higher up for a slightly different perspective, so not everything would be symmetrical. But the lines in the ground are interesting, the concept is good, and your first PESO is a lot better than some's have been. (Like mine. ;-)) Welcome. Hope you keep on sharing.
