I have a Lensbaby in Canon EOS mount and posted a bunch of photos made with it in Fall of 2004.
Go to my Others 2004 gallery, index 4: http://homepage.mac.com/ramarren/photo/Others4/index4.htm Images from #58 ("LB21_2498.jpg" on the third row) to about #74 are all Lensbaby.
