Yep. Photoshop bicubic softer is great for moderate size increases, but
Genuine Fractals is best for huge enlargements. GF is a different kind
of process. It doesn't interpolate. It uses some kind of pixel
independent method. At least that's what I've been told by the studio
gurus.

Genuine Fractals is excellent.
You can stair step it with Photoshop, but you will have lots of
artifacts to deal with, so then you are also needing a noise reduction
plug in.
