As others have pointed out, its legs look unnaturally long. However, I'm no
expert on dogs (don't like them - I was savaged by an Alsatian when I was a
child). Could it be a cross-breed (perhaps a greyhound) with a pariah?
There's definitely a lot of pariah in there.

Yup. Long legs and a deep chest. Definitely a running breed influence there.
But, the rounded off ears are significant.
