Don't let 'em get you down, Brian -- if the tool does the job, who really cares how "whiz bang" it scored on some magazine or internet test designed to convince a dermatologist that he needs to upgrade his camera to be just like the pros.
Last Jays game I worked, my DS2 was the newest camera in the bay, and also the camera with the highest resolution. That surprised even me. Regardless, all of the cameras there could, and did, do the job.
